The website creatememoriesphuket.blog belongs to Create Memories Co., Ltd (Phuket, Thailand). This page explains what data we receive when you use the site and what happens to it.

What we receive

• From the shortlist form: your answers (purpose, budget, timing), your name, phone number or messenger handle, optional email, the page the form was sent from, and campaign tags (utm).
• From messages: anything you choose to write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
• Automatically: anonymised visit statistics through Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4 (pages, time on site, device type, referral source). These services use cookies.

Why

• To reply to your request and select properties for your goal.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not send mailings without your consent and we do not sell data.

Who else sees the data

• A form request arrives as a Telegram message to the company's staff.
• The site is hosted on Vercel; statistics are processed by Yandex and Google under their own terms.
• Your contact details go to a developer only with your consent, once you decide to reserve a property.

How long we keep it

While we are in contact about your request and afterwards, until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply and delete it within a reasonable time. Statistics cookies can be switched off in your browser settings; the site keeps working.
